Instructions questionnaire or appointment

We'll either send you our detailed LPA questionnaire to complete in your own time, or arrange a telephone or video appointment to take your instructions directly — whichever suits you best.

We draft your LPA documents

Once we have your instructions, Connor will prepare your LPA documents and send them to you for review.

Signing & registration

Your documents will need to be signed in a specific order and then registered with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). We'll guide you through exactly how to do this.

Please note: LPA registration with the OPG currently takes 20 weeks. We recommend starting the process as soon as possible — an LPA can only be made while you have mental capacity.

We aim to be in touch within one working day — usually much sooner.
